The problem of anxiety is actually in your MIND - not your brain.
That's why things like antidepressants cannot really solve the problem of anxiety… because they only have an effect in the brain.
So, in the short-term... if you feel you are on the verge of a breakdown… medication can change the chemical balance of your brain which temporarily changes your emotional state.
But drugs simply cannot lift you out of anxiety forever.
